- Include the relevant page URL and, if available, a link to the provider’s official information.
- For pricing differences, include the country, currency and billing period. Leave out payment and account details.
For a website accessibility issue, tell us which page and control caused the problem, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you know it.
For an AI account or payment problem
Contact the relevant AI provider through its official website. We cannot access its accounts, change subscriptions, issue its refunds or recover its passwords. The ten-service guide links directly to each provider.
